本會名稱為「守護冬天協會」，英文為「 Protect Our Winters Taiwan」 （以下簡稱本會）。
本會為依法設立，非以營利為目的之社會團體，以致力於將戶外人對自然的熱愛轉化為氣候行動，透過跨界合作推廣氣候教育，建立台灣戶外社群的行動網絡，並培育青年行動者。

推動產業永續與能源公正轉型，提出不分黨派的政策倡議，凝聚公民與企業力量，共同塑造理想未來，並積極串連國際組織，為全球氣候行動貢獻力量為宗旨。

協會任務：
一、舉辦氣候教育講座活動，提升戶外運動社群對氣候變遷之意識。
二、建立台灣戶外社群的氣候行動網絡與倡議平台。
三、推動戶外旅遊運動的永續實踐與產業減碳轉型。
四、培養青年氣候行動者與社群影響者，擴大草根參與。
五、提倡能源公正轉型與綠色政策倡議，為永續台灣發聲。
六、發布戶外運動相關氣候與環境相關研究報告與倡議文件。
七、促進與國際組織的合作交流。


The name of this association is “Protect Our Winters Taiwan” .

The Association is a legally established non-profit social organization dedicated to transforming the outdoor community’s love for nature into climate action. Through cross-sector collaboration, the Association promotes climate education, builds an action network within Taiwan’s outdoor community, and cultivates youth climate leaders.

The Association is committed to advancing industrial sustainability and a just energy transition, advocating for nonpartisan climate policies, and bringing together citizens and businesses to help shape a better future. The Association also actively collaborates with international organizations to contribute to global climate action.

Our Mission 

1. Organize climate education talks and events to raise awareness of climate change within the outdoor sports community.
2. Build a climate action network and advocacy platform for Taiwan’s outdoor community.
3. Promote sustainable practices and decarbonization within the outdoor tourism and sports industries.
4. Cultivate youth climate leaders and community influencers to expand grassroots participation.
5. Advocate for a just energy transition and green policy initiatives to support a sustainable Taiwan.
6. Publish climate and environmental research reports and advocacy documents related to outdoor sports.
7. Foster collaboration and exchange with international organizations.
